In our country, most people relate to the idea of renting expensive outfits, especially the ones they plan on wearing once. But they also sense a stigma in wearing outfits that aren’t theirs.
So, we worked on the brand’s identity and spatial design to evoke a sense of luxury that countered the stigma, and our communication work reminded people of why renting is a great idea, trying to jolt them o the fence, and getting them to place
their first order.
